@Caz How have you managed with the Gota Friá?
Over the past week Mediterranean coast and Costa del Sol have suffered extreme rainfall with flooding. Some areas have had 200lt per m2 in less than an hour. That's 20cm of rain. A village near Malaga during the past 24 hours has had almost 400lt. A fireman was drowned when has vehicle was swept away. Two were rescued and he was found 7 km away still in his engine. A week ago 13 people were drowned in Mallorca because of flash flooding after very heavy rain. These have been the worst storms since records began.

It is always sad to hear of events such as this with the accompanying loss of life. Just shows how powerful Mother Nature can be. Hope all is well with you and other members living in that part of the world.

I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.

Yes, we have our fair share of flooding hwre, not to mention bushfires. I hope all is well with you and Caz.

Take care.

This part of the world has not been badly affected. Because of the topography here we have mini-climates. There can be torrential rain a couple of kilometers away and nothing here. As we live halfway up a mountain flooding for us is not a problem.
