Not that I want Andy to be deluged with PMs but he did offer and it is in Rapido's interests. I PMd him my mail address and later got a confirmation my bash at filling in the survey had failed. I just happened to be awake at 03.45 this morning so did it then, and it went straight through. It is obviously a volume/time of day problem.

I am more than happy to help people out if they want to know if their has submission was recorded or not- just ping me a private message with the email you used and I will happily look.

I tried again last night also on an iPad and it failed again. I can't be bothered to try again. Was this not tested on the major browsers before release (not by Rapido but the company that created the survey) as I understand this is by a third party on their behalf.
