In their newsletter which came out earlier today, Rapido Trains launched a survey which could well influence their future projects. It would be good for as many of us as possible to fill it out to show the popularity of n gauge. Plus there's a chance to win vouchers.  :)

I couldn't get the Start button to work in Chrome but it did work in Microsoft Edge.

Using 'Opera' I zipped through the entire survey but when it got to the last page which stated 'Please wait.....' it just hung for at least 15 minutes, so I don't know whether it took my replies or not

Hi

Same with me using Safari.

The cynic in me thinks they have the responses but your entry into the prize draw has not been successful.

Cheers

Yep same here: survey filled in ok on Chrome but stuck on "please wait" after submitting.  Oh well, it seemed very UK modelling biased anyway so not of much relevance to me.

took several attempts to start but then went fine until page 64, the 'please wait'

still am  :'(

over 20 minutes of 'please wait' so gave up and closed the page.
no idea if it got any further but certainly won't bother again.

unfortunately, these sort of things do tend to reflect on the company involved.
certainly I have not ever bought from Rapido, and now I doubt I will.

I had the Please Wait at the end, so I hope it went through OK. Have not received any e-mail confirmation but really don't fancy going through all that again.

Mine hung on my Gener8 (Chrome) browser, so I conscientiously did it again on Edge. It has hung there too, so I give up. How can a consumer company let this through? Well, it was a pretty steam oriented survey anyway, I thought.

Looks like I have a good chance of winning the prize draw  :)

I was able to complete the survey using Edge, I can only assume that the hamster was overwheeled with all the responses.
