Hurst Models

I placed an order on Hurst Models website shop in mid November. Having noted that this is a one man operation I have given plenty of time for response. Despite asking for updates on my order I have received no reply.

Does anyone know if there are any issues?

I may have to get my credit card company to reverse my order.

I am getting nowhere regarding a chargeback from either PayPal , my Credit Card provider or direct contact by email with Hurst Models.

Not at all happy.

What next?

Why are you getting nowhere with PayPal? Surely it's a slam dunk of non delivery, open a dispute?

I contacted my Credit Card company first so Paypal can do nothing. Lesson now learned.

Good news though as Credit Card company now reversed transaction.

No response whatsoever from Hurst Models so I am guessing that although they have a website and accept payment that they are defunct!

I see the website hasn't been updated since October 2020 so just prior to you placing an order so maybe it is defunct but no one has turned off the shop.

Good info on the PayPal CC thing though, so fist point of recourse should be PP before the CC company?
