What can I say. Will miss your banter and news of your great projects. Wish you and your family and friends happiness and success in the future.
I really hope you'll pop into this wonderful forum from time to time.
:beers:
Size matters - especially if you don't have a lot of space - and N gauge is the answer!

Best of luck for the future Mike, shame you have to give it up but needs must I suppose.  Nice to know you've got a new lady in your life so there is some compensation.

Sorry to hear about the health problems but it sounds your life is on the up and up. Good luck for the future and as said do pop in from time to time and let us know how things are going. You could always have a "virtual" railway going round and round in your mind. :D
You know you're getting older when your mind makes commitments your body can't meet.
