How do I stop notification E Mails from the Forum ??

How do I stop getting the notification  E Mails in my inbox when someone replies to a topic I have raised or posted in . I have to keep clearing out the inbox and was wondering if there was a setting on my profile I need to change ?

Hello Sparky

Click on Profile

Mouse over Modify Profile

Click on Notifications

Uncheck Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.
