This is something I suffer with as well. It gets to the point where really long posts have to be written in a word document and the pasted into the forum. I think it is in relation to the forum software vs. internet version, and effects the JNS forum I am also a member of.

Thsi does not appear to effect everyone...and I'm not 100% sure which internet version this manifests itself. I'm on IE8, if that helps...

Glad its not just me

I use IE8, firefox, and ubuntu and have the issue with all 3  >:(

Strange stuff. seems ok in Safari so far. Has the forum software updated recently?

Mustermark

Same problem for me - in Safari.

I use Firefox and it's fine.  At work I have to use IE8 and have the same trouble, sometimes, but I guessed it was just an isolated problem.

I'll get some advice on it.

The JNS forum is also using the same style of forum, although well out of date.

I have upgraded from IE8 to IE9 and it seems fine, I was having problems with IE8 then I downloaded Maxthon 3 and that is a very fast browser and does what I ask, but IE9 is a lot faster than IE8, the thing I like about Maxthon there is a great snap tool and you can take a snap of a region or the whole page, I use it quite a lot.

Right, as Geoff has mentioned....the problem is with IE8.  I've entered some HTML coding to the template to emulate IE7.  IE8 is a terrible browser!  I recommend either IE9 or Firefox if using Windows.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention.  Hopefully this is solved.

I've checked out Safari and it has been fine for me.  Please make sure you're updated, and get back to me if you still have the same trouble.

I'm on a MacBook using Safari 5.0.4 and no problems.  :)
Must have been the IE8 people have problems with as Tank said.

I feel IE8 had lots of problems brought over from IE7 but they are all ironed out now, IE9 beta as been out for a long time and IE9 has been built from scratch so it runs more smoothly but only time will tell, so far so good on IE9beta and now on IE9, pages load faster and no hiccups along the way.

I have an ipad as well but I find that not as good as my faithful PC.

Microsoft take a lot of stick so maybe they have got it right with windows 7 and IE9.

I can't say that I have ever had a problem myself and I am using IE8.
