Banner ad at bottom of page screwing up the rest of the page

The new banner ads for NGF meet ups etc that appear at the bottom of the page are wider than the rest of the forum. Hence it means that the rest of the page is reduced in size to fit the banner in. This is on my iPad

It is wide on my Huawei Android tablet as well but I can enlarge the main part easily enough using the touch screen and two fingers :oo

I'll make them smaller, or perhaps some coding so that they work better at resizing. I was trying to keep the header/title and footer the same size.

9.0.2 Chris, and I tried clearing the cache. The nporium banner has the same effect. Yes, you can resist, but you need to do it every time you change a page.

Umm it should be, as making it fluid should automatically adjust it to the screen size, making it repsonsive is the best way to go.

I'm having the same problem with a Wordpress theme I want to use, and the originator doesn't want to help !

I'm talking to the author of the modification that we use for our advertisement software. Once he changes the code, then it should be fine. So, it's not that simple, as I can't touch his code without permission.
