New sub board

As recently we have had a great deal of interest in "lighting" following Pengi's building creation, would it be appropriate to have a sub board under Scenery and Landscape to keep this area under one roof ?

Sounds like a good idea to me as more and more people are adding building lights as well as street/station lamps
