Strange, as I've only had it once or twice this year. I just can't replicate it.
I get it occasionally too, usually resolved by a refresh. Only once could I not resolve it, and it seemed to be an external link which caused the problems.
Third time lucky is alright.... should have been fifth ;D

There seems to be a delay when posting. They may be upgrading the software or maintaining the servers.

Seems to be a recurring problem. I had the same problem on 25th July. I can not workout how to link to the post, but the heading is '403 error'.
