PayPal Xmas cash

On going into my emails this morning there was a popup about some PayPal giveaways of £1,000 to
lucky participants  during the Christmas period. Don't know if it's kosher so I didn't  click on it.

I just wondered  if you won would  they leave it with a neighbour if you were out ?

Anyway you could use that money to pay the nice Prince from Nigeria the fee necessary to unlock the millions in the bank account held by the unfortunately deceased Mr. Lucky Foxbotherer.
