Well done that man!  A positive and cheery message , following many
negative posts recently . At the weekend get a few pints down your throat,
buy a new loco or a pair of trousers , get a curry and enjoy the footie!

Just trying to work out if I was the happy recipient of Geoffs 1000th post.... could do with a prize for every 1000 ?... maybe the equivalent of a supermarket trolley chase would be good... I wonder how much N gauge I could get in the trolley in the 60 seconds ?.... Got to be at least £1k worth or could others do better and what would be in the trolley ?

If you put Fleischmann or Fulgurex locos in your trolley you'd probably
get a thousand's worth in 10 seconds.

And about 95% of the trolley would be empty.  :D

Ah , but most of the boxes have clear front panels (Except UM)
so why collect empty ones.....?

Gloating at 1000 posts should be rewarded with a reprimand :) :D

In which case I should have been red carded years ago :-[

Well done, Geoff

Reading that you had "a Thousand" up I was wondering which of the 74 Thousands it was! ;) (see "signature" for details if you don't "get that").

Meanwhile, congratulations on the occasion. :beers:
