Airfix 1:48 Operation Herrick models

just for anyone who is intending building any of these, Airfix has released a set of vehicle crew figures for the WMIK, Jackal, Coyote BUT the figures need to be fitted during the build of the vehicles.

Airfix have had them on their site for several weeks, but although I've checked Hattons regularly both in the listings, to be able to pre-order, and the new releases, I've not seen any mention of this kit.

so today I used the 'chat' link to ask if they knew when they would be getting any in, as I've several kits, purchased from them, waiting for crews so they can be built.

the reply I got was that they have had a few in, all sold , and they have no intention of getting any more in !

so, if you're waiting for the crews so you can build them, don't rely on Hattons getting the crews, go direct to Airfix or check the other sources.

quite surprised, and disappointed, at the tone of Hattons' response.
