Abe Books were bought by Amazon back in 2008!

For folk outside UK, try Book Depository (also now owned by Amazon). They were started by a friend of mine. Prices are always shown inclusive of postage. They check the buyer's IP address, and adjust the price accordingly.

Aaargh, and there was me thinking I was supporting some valiant "independent" business entities and not helping shovel more money on to the Bezos cash pile. Though I did have my suspicions about Book Depository.
