I still enjoy Chris Sawyer's Transport Tycoon Deluxe - there's a free version (Open TTD) too! First played this in the mid 90s on my best mates 486. DOS FTW!

I tried a couple of times but seemed to get inundated with 'expert' players who had no patience for slow or occasional players. Went back to playing with the 'real thing'...
