I used to have a site bookmarked which contained masses of pics and descriptions of 'Own Brand' wagons from many, many manufacturers but it has sadly disappeared as far as I can see.
The site used to be www.stepo.net which is earmarked for sale evidently but clicking on any of the links just takes you to adverts.
Does anyone know if this site is still available, perhaps under a different name?

PennineWagons

The www.stepo.net site was created by an American N-Gauge enthusiast & collector called Mitch Stepanovich, whose day job was (and still is, so far as we're aware) the librarian of the faculty of Architecture, Planning and Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Arlington. Mitch was actually our first-ever customer at Pennine Wagons when we started back in 2007, and always bought our new releases to add to his extensive collection of N Gauge rolling stock. However he stopped maintaining his website quite a while ago, and we haven't heard from him now for some time. Does anyone have any news of Mitch? We hope he's OK.
Charles Bradshaw of this parish aka @madchadbrad has photos of his own extensive collection of N Gauge stock (and much else) on Flickr :-

and he has a 'Mitch Stepanovich Special Collection' page on there. We wonder if Chas might have any updates on Mitch?

That's the very one. Brilliant - thank you
Sadly not all the images have been saved but it's a lot more than I could expect
