Title: CJM HST Chassis
Post by: davidinyork on April 16, 2017, 10:49:06 PM
I see that there's a CJM HST chassis currently on ebay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182532982835?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182532982835?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)

Is this the same as the one he currently advertises on his website? From the photos, the ebay one looks to be to a modified Kato chassis.

Thanks

Yes, it is correct. Most CJM chassis derive at least some parts from Kato units.

Cheers

Thanks. I knew that he used some Kato bits, but most of his chassis have a brass top cover on them with 'CJM' embossed on it. That one looks to have a standard Kato circuit board as used on their EMD F40PH or similar.
