Title: Farish wagons with three hole wheels [modern image]
Post by: MJKERR on May 08, 2011, 11:14:58 AM
Could someone please confirm which wagons should have the three hole wheels, 379-410, rather than the solid wheels, 379-412

From memory the PCA wagons should have these, but I can't remember which other should and the image resource I was using has disappeared

I assume you mean all the PCA variants, not just the vee tanks
I remember seeing a rake of PCA wagons through Motherwell and noticed these had 3 holes, so I know these have them

As above, without a photo website dedicated to wagons I cannot check

Galleries are slowly being rebuild at other places.

Don't know if these help with the holes in the wheels, though.
