And?  How does it run?  Looks good, I'm waiting for the blue, maroon and green versions.

mokjumbo

Runs very well, quiet and controllable at all speeds.

is that a dapol western?  if yes please post some more pictures!

nice 47 and 26 as well.  I would like an intercity class 47 too but would prefer intercity swallow livery.

cheers

Here`s my latest loco.

Looks very nice from the side so some more pics will be good.
Have you removed the coupling from the right hand end? :confused1:

That's how they come.   There is an additional bogie with NEM pocket in the pack.

Mokjumbo,

Nice even it is a Diseasel, remember the real thing at Bath Spa on my first trip onto the western as a babe just out of arms okay as an annoying brat.

Later years saw the whole class and even managed a couple of back cab rides home when I worked at Swindon drivers BOOP.
Some days its just not worth gnawing through the straps.

Bachmann Union Pacific GP50
Maybe not the most recent chassis or festooned in fine detail, but £25 says it will do...

You never notice the fine detail as it is going round anyway  :D
These look good in a three or four header especially as you can sometimes pick up dummy locos

cheers John.

More pics.

Gorgeous

Just looked up the dates Western Enterprise carried the Golden Ochre with small yellow ends: November 5th 1962 thru October 8th 1964. My layout covers 1964 thru 1976, so I am very tempted!

Thanks for posting
Mike
