Apparently if you type in google theres a note and a short clip sounds like official with the P replacing O and about the nicest way of saying it

According to the phonetic guide on Wikipedia, it's Pishle.

The parish council website says that the name comes from the old English 'peose-hyll', the hill where peas grow.
