Slow boat from China

In the past I have purchase items from China through eBay and they have arrived within a month. Now they take up to two months to arrive if they arrive at all. I have been waiting since April for some parts, and despite the seller saying he has resent them twice nothing has arrived. Are others experiencing the same problem?

I had some PTFE tube (for Wire-in-Tube points) fail to arrive recently from China.  Money refunded without question
