Thank you but being bit thick again. I can't work out what to cancel as I want to be notified of 'replies to your posts' on the Forum but not as an email as it clogs it up too much.

I'm a little confused here. The little triangle that flashes red in the top left will tell you when you've had thanks or have been quoted.
I simply look at unread posts since last visit.
Doesn't Martin's fix work? Otherwise try the unsubscribe option in the email. :hmmm:

Not sure there's much else to it is there. You can disable email notifications in your profile settings. You don't get specific site notifications for replies, just for thanks, quotes and personal messages.
