They did say a web provider problem during  check of carriage costs to Europe/Italy....not specifying if it's a bug or other...

Just went out to the garage to get my toolbox to fix a rattling gate..... except no toolbox. Or jigsaw. Or two electric drills. Or screwdriver sets.

All nicked.  :censored: :veryangry: :censored:

Sorry to hear that, George. Most annoying, apart from anything else.

No doubt you'll be looking at security for that area and what about the layout?

Can you put a cheap but effective alarm system? There's sorts with starting prices of around £50 but have no experience of them. Here's a UK based one: https://www.ultrasecuredirect.com

Whole house is alarmed, Dave, but it wasn't turned on as we were home. It was obviously a rush job, I'd say they've ran in, grabbed the stuff and bolted. Copper reckoned there's been a spate of it in the area.  >:(

That makes it worse doesn't it? Hope your insurance doesn't get shirty about that - they do like to wriggle out of paying out if they can!

I had a car nicked overnight off the drive some years back. I was home in bed. It was my lovely Jag XJ Sovereign and I still miss it.  :'(  :'(

Ouch. That must have hurt.
