My wife, bless her, stumbled across this today, probably the most surreal interview you will ever hear.

Should bring a smile to anybody of a certain age. For those in the foreign, or too young to remember, 'Professor' Stanley Unwin was a comedian who spoke his own mangled version of English he called Unwinese. The Flower Pot Men was a children's TV programme from the 1950's, and they did indeed speak like that.

Deep joy!  :laugh3:

Oddly, and rather spookily, my wife did an impression of Bill and Ben just yesterday.

I think the little house knew something about it too...
Vision over visibility. Bono, U2.

Thanx for that link... Reminded me so much of my Mother and how she would just sit and shake her head in wonderment when I would roll about laughing at the professor... She just never got it.....
"When in trouble, when in doubt, run (trains) in circles..." etc.
There, doesn't that feel better?
Lovely!

I may appear to be listening to you, but inside my head, I'm playing with my trains.
