I can't speak for pi, but here are some other numbers I've had to put up with the past few days. It's been too hot to even attempt to go to the "shed"...and it was in the 30s again today (Wednesday).

Happy New Year to everyone.
May all your kits fit together perfectly and all your trains stay "on track".

Here, have some ice I just found while out for a walk:

Ah. Looks lovely. I don't get that stuff even in the middle of winter!

:thankyousign:

Yeah, it has been a bit on the warm side, even on here on the coast.

Bealette is in for a climate shock on Friday morning, Squiddy!

Pretty similar temps down the road from you here in Canberra. For us, 35.5 max today which is warm enough for me. As for your shed, get yourself a reverse cycle air conditioner fitted. Good for warming in winter (maybe not needed for you) and for cooling in summer. Really hot days are for me the best days for working in my train room as it is too hot to do anything else.

Thanks Webbo.

My "shed" is the garage. If I put the RC aircon in, I reckon I would move in there!

(I'm writing this while SWMBO is out of the room)

Layout in garage here, too.

This time of year, a no-no.

same here, layout in the garage, but lucky so far only had one day where it was too bad to go. But look out Friday, wont be able to run as tracks will buckle expecting mid 40's where I live.
