Looks like SM32 track. Could be Peco G45.

£60 per metre to replace bits sounds excessive.  Should work out more like £12 per yard if you buy a box of the Peco stuff.    LGB 1200mm lengths are about £30.

Got me listening now Martin @port perran . Godley and Creme have long gone but this is one of my favourite 10cc numbers live from 1982...

Tight as a duck's... bit proggy as well. Very underrated band.

Cheers,

Tim

Now then Martin @port perran , very interesting. 10cc was of those bands that I liked at the time but very rarely listen to now. I saw them live in Barnstaple in August 1974, I was working at Saunton Sands Beach as a er "beach boy" before joining British Rail. At that time, they had only released "Sheet Music" and to be honest I cannot remember much about the gig at all. "I'm Not in Love" arrived nearly a year later, technically way ahead of its time and very memorable. In 2011, I saw Graham Gouldman's 10cc in High Wycombe and thoroughly enjoyed the performance - very entertaining and professional. Here they are from that same tour at Swansea...

Nice cover as well, quite different - some of her other covers are good as well - thanks for posting!

Cheers,

Tim

Wow what a find.

Of course it's tinged with sadness of the late gentleman passing away, but it would be so much worse for it all to be destroyed forever.

Just wish it was on YouTube rather than Ticky Tokyy

Still on the subject of covers, I've always rather liked I'm Not in Love by 10cc but.....
Is this slower, jazzy version by Karen Souza better?

Some rather nice keyboard work I think.
