I hope so John, I would love some sunshine for taking pictures. I have never been over the S&C and to do it steam hauled just tops it off nicely  :D.
Have just read your post about the show in Gateshead and will try to make Saturday if possible. I will let you know for sure later in the week though John.

I wonder what time it'll be passing my work? I'll probably miss it as they've a terrible habit of going past when I'm not on my break.

Well Im in a good mood now.
My modelling and painting is back on track (pun intended) although still need my rocket card glue for the station building.
One of the family dogs has had an operation which went really well
and I am hopefully starting college soon, which should be a new experience for me.

Good luck with the college, M-P. What are you studying?

Either engineering manufacturing (to get onto the railways) or psychology and sociology.
OK who took my cake?

Every morning I wake up I'm happy, another bonus day!

Could not agree more Peter, after having a near death experience every day is a bonus
Keep on Smiling
Dave.

MinZaPint

Just had my first pint for 97 hours That should only be one until tomorrow but I'm  :claphappy: to have my taste buds back. My wife was on the phone many years ago to her mum who was a sweet old stick, when she said "Davids not well" back came "Man FLu" HID responded "No he really is ill he's not drinking!" Started a really awful cold on Sunday evening, I'll have to take a sick note into my local when I go in tomorrow.   :bounce: ing with health

WOW, it must be a year or more since my last pint!   OINVU!

These modern drugs are great for afflictions but I do hate going past nice pubs!

(Should have posted my comment in the "Angry Thread!)

Regards Peter.

I truly feel you you lads and lasses that aren't able to enjoy a pint/glass of something because of meds you need to take regularly.

I'm lucky that my cocktail of chemicals doesn't give me that problem but I don't take liberties as one may have done in years gone by.  :D

On another bright note for me, ERNIE came up with £50 with my name on so I took all of 30 seconds to pop an order online for a selection of wagons.  :claphappy:

All the best!
