Quite soon? I saw Hailwood at the Easter Bathurst Bike races in the late 70s (It was later than Easter 1976 because I didn't get my Nikon until later in the year) and I photographed him racing across the top. He died in 1981. Mark #2

Presumably as part of the renaming of 006. Brian replied stright away to me and I have sent him photographs so I will await his response. I think you may bem mistaken as 67005 is renaimed King's Messenger with the King's Crest and cipher. 67006 is Royal Sovereign. GE #4
General Discussion / Re: what are you listening to ...Last post by Moonglum - Yesterday at 09:19:10 PMYes I think you are right there Martin @port perran . Whilst being a total non musician I can hear some similarities in the bass line.
I was reprimanded at primary school for not being able keep in time (LOL)! Later, a school friend had to explain to me the difference between bass and lead guitar whilst listening to Black Sabbath (mind you he ended up playing bass with The Vibrators, Roxy Music, Adam and the Ants and others!) but that's another story... Mike Hailwood, on his second attempt and despite having been on fire himself, pulled Clay Regazzoni from his burning car. Ever modest, 'Mike the Bike' afterwards said, "Any fireman would have done it." He was awarded the George Medal, the second-highest British civilian award for gallantry. With all good wishes. John PS Sadly, Mike Hailwood and his daughter were killed in a car accident quite soon afterwards. They were driving to get some fish and chips. #6

Or is it simply my imagination? ![]() #7

There are some ace descriptions of this on the web Hi Quite a lot of sugar free things have this effect if you eat too many. It's usually down to the artificial sweeteners such as sorbitol or mannitol. Cheers Paul #10
