Printer setting for scale down from 00 to 1:148

I've just downloaded the freebie clay hood cover from Scalescenes, (free with Model Rail mag), but they only come in 00 gauge (apologies for bad language).

Could some kind soul save me paper and ink and tell by what percentage I need to reduce them to make them 1:148 scale please.

If UK N gauge is 2.062mm to the foot and OO is 4mm to the foot, I make that 51.55%
