Title: This is what comes of tidying-up!
Post by: Jellicoe on November 17, 2011, 05:55:33 PM
Last week, I gathered together all my assembled and painted buffer stops and put them in a safe place.  Can anyone tell me where the devil I have put them?!

They're in the same place as my map of Sodor.

Ah, that old chestnut  :)

I drove my misses mad a while back, lost a pack of Woodland Scenics tunnel mouths that I knew I had somewhere that I needed for the branch line to disappear into.

Searched the stash of railway stuff, searched the other cupboards where it was possible they could've ended up, hunted absolutely everywhere and had her looking for them too.

After three weeks of searching even the most unlikely places for them to end up, I suddenly noticed the road tunnel I had built a month earlier, using two, err, Woodland Scenics tunnel mouths  ::)

She's not let me forget it since  :smiley-laughing:

Whilst everyone is on the lookout for things i'd like to issue the following statement on behalf of myself and JC92:

Last seen Inbetween home and local model shop
Reward:Satisfaction of helping fellow modellers!

Any info please let me know..

I dismantled my locos for painting and for the life of me cant find the plastic headlight inserts for my E8s, I had to make my own replacements but do expect to find the originals one day. (http://www.kolobok.us/smiles/madhouse/dash1.gif)
