3rd planit custom turnouts?

Working on new layout designs is almost a hobby in itself, I don't mind buying software as long as its good.  The support forum appears dead though, as only owners can post.  So I need to ask the question to help me make my fancy designs:

Does 3rd planit software allows for incorporating custom turnouts?

Templot is awesome (the benchmark I'd say) for planning with custom turnouts. Not familiar with 3D PlanIt, but having just read their website it appears to still be based on RTP track. It does say they can consume DXFs, so you could always export DXFs from Templot if you wanted to use the more visual features of 3D PlanIt.

Can't help on availability or anything though.
