To be called pompous and arrogant - hell of a come down.
I tried so hard to be snobbish and haughty.

Must remember to get up tomorrow morning at 3am.  ;)

But I'll set the alarm. I'm into that stuff but the moon going red doesn't really excite me. Seen at at least six of them.

But the sky is clear, so yeah, I'll have a look.

I may appear to be listening to you, but inside my head, I'm playing with my trains.

Did that article get the time right?

I was awake at 3am but lay in bed until 3.27 before venturing out into the cold night air. The moon was there alright, but is sure wasn't red!

So I went back to bed, freezing.  :(

You needed patience George

I got up at 5:15 am to see 80% of the moon in shadow, by 5:30 it was in complete shadow and by 6:15 it was in deep complete shadow (i.e. dark red) and then the dawn started to break and mucked it all up.

The years have been good to me, it was the weekends that did the damage.
