tv aerials - any uk suppliers?

hi all

i need some tv aerials, only need about 10 - i've seen american (gold medal models) and german (microlife) ones for sale, but not seen any shops in the uk selling anything...   does anyone know of any uk suppliers?   or any uk shops that sell the american ones?   the american ones look suitable for uk use to me.

i don't really fancy super-gluing tiny bits of wire or staples together to make aerials...

Why not, it's easy enough, and you can make them in different styles then



Note they're stuck in the chimney pots just for photographic purposes, that's not their final position

what gauge wire did you use and where did you get it?   did you just superglue short bits on to it?

Just single strands of 0.2 layout wire (as in 7/0.2, 16/0.2, etc). Long bit bent at a right angle, then short bits superglued to it

I'll see what I can come up with

my layout pre dates widespread cable or satellite so got to be done!
