Title: Help! Lost Dapol NEM loco coupler
Post by: David Burnell on March 12, 2024, 09:38:17 AM
After taking my Dapol Hymek out of storage, (house move) I find one coupler is missing, presumed lost. Can any one advise where I can get a replacement?

Assuming I obtain one, is fitment easy? I have shaky hands and find that kind of task a bit challenging, (but not impossible ). Is there a model shop who might do it if I can't? Thanks

Haven't we seen this post already?  Yes just order a pack of Dapol NEM couplings.

I remember saying this may not be the cheapest source (I think it's just one coupling) so shop around. Others mentioned the readily available Farish couplings are not always a perfect fit for the Dapol pocket (although they should be compatible).

Yes we have seen this post before and I offered to send the OP a Dapol NEM coupling as I have a few spares having fitted DGs to some of my stock. The OP hasn't yet contacted me with address details, but the offer is still on.
