Change of subject, I went for my diabetes eye test on Friday and guesse what I got a letter today Monday from the Hospital to say the results show no problems ,it shows my eyes are completly clear at the moment but will now have to be checked every year.
How's that for the NHS .
Now the bad news.
But they still want me to go from High Wycombe to Milton Keynes for my Endoscopy which means either Val having a day off work or me staying overnight in the hospital (which they say is a no go ) or staying at a Travel lodge for the night as can't swallow the camera tube I have to have sedation and can't drive for 8 hrs afterwards.

Well just to cheer you up a bit, Bob... I was told to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy last December, and still haven't got around to it yet 'cos I'm feeling alright and have been doing a lot of traveling. However, I am sensible enough to realise I'd better go and have it all checked out.

Just hope when I do, assuming I have them both at the same time, they do the endo first!!!
