So far so good. Gall bladder out yesterday, and it was keyhole, so hopefully a quick recovery.

Still suffering the after effects of the anaesthetic, and keeping the painkillers topped up. But OK otherwise.

This is an organ you can happily do without, just stay off the fatty foods.

Had it done nearly 40 years ago, but that was 5 days in hospital and a 4 inch scar. I went back to work too soon and now have a nylon mesh implanted to seal the hernia, I have no problems with what I eat and don't follow any special diet.
