nothing again overnight, and looking on the forum there are at least 4 that I would have received notifications about; Sturgeon, Wrenton, Marton Hindmarche, and this
If you scroll to the bottom of each of those posts does it say (Un)Notify? If not can you click Notify & then see if you get a notification?

Graham

I have tried that on this thread, will see what happens next time someone responds to this thread.

Graham

still didn't get a notification.

In that case the Admin need to look in the logs to initially see if one was sent to work out whether the issue is internal or external

I've got email alerts set on Wrenton and on this thread, among others, and still nothing.

Tank

Everything seems to be running as normal, and nothing in the email queue.  Very odd, but only a few complaints, so it could be a local issue.

Mito

I have just received an alert but no email notification

Same for me - no notifications since Wednesday.
None since last Tuesday for me despite several threads being active.

Graham

still no emails and I have been and checked I have email alerts turned on.

Tank

Stupid question, but I'm guessing you've checked your spam folders?

Snowwolflair

Might be an ISP problem - I'm on Virgin and I'm getting emails.

Check it every day and nothing there. I've also checked my list of blocked senders. Using BT Internet.

Graham

great pickup @Tank I had been checking my spam folder on Outlook, but not in webmail, went onto my ISP site checked webmail and there were 40+ emails in the junk folder from the forum.

All is back to normal.

Rookie mistake I used to check this every day, but have got slack in my retirement.

Glad you've got it sorted, Graham.
