Replacement Chassis

As from today I now have 3 engines for which I would like replacement chassis as I have been unable to repair them after they started playing up, or stopped working altogether. They are (each with running lights but I run DC only) :-

1- Farish CL47 "The Geordie"
2- Farish CL37 in EWS livery
3- Dapol CL73 in yellow/grey

I have just found a site called Peters Spares in the North East who sell chassis and other spares, but does anyone know anybody else online who specialise in replacement chassis and who are reliable?

BR Lines will do repair jobs as well as sell parts.

The only real source of replacement chassis is to just buy another one. And looking at e-bay prices you'd probably be better off doing that and flogging the old one off as spares/repair than paying someone else to repair it in many cases.

If they are under two years old and you've not tried to do repairs then remember under the sales of goods act you have a good claim against the shop that sold them unless they've been misused/mistreated.
