I'd like give a shout for @Only Me .  After I screwed putting a DCC chip in my Class33 (broke a wire), the model was sent to Paul on Tuesday, Wednesday he received it, fixed and serviced it, and posted it back.  Today, Thursday, I got it back and it runs sweet as a nut.
I cannot recommend Paul highly enough, if your loco need sorting, Paul's your man
