Has anyone been on holiday to Zanzibar ?

I'm thinking of going there in September.

Is it expensive ?

Are there plenty of things to do there ?

How long should one spend there ?

Hello Joe,

I've not been there myself but my stepson and his then fiancée went a few years ago. They said it was a lovely island but they said the hawkers and hustlers on the streets were a real nightmare and spoiled the holiday for them. I don't wish to put you off going - you may have better luck - but it may be worth bearing in mind and getting other advice on.
