No, wrong thing to do, turkey doesn't cook through properly and takes longer. The stuffing ends up soggy too ;)

Better to bake stuffing separately, that way the turkey gets hot air circulation inside as well

Here endeth the cookery lesson :D

It must be great to be an expert on EVERYTHING !!
They say that love is more important than money but have you ever tried to pay a bill with a hug ?

Sprintex

Yeah it must be, personally I wouldn't know about that though, I just happen to do a lot of cooking ;D

Don't you mean haggis?  :D  ;)

Haggis is made from oatmeal and sheep's guts. It's not as nice as it sounds. :D

Wot - no N Gauge ones?

Agrippa

Don't think a haggis the size of a lentil would sell, and no Z gauge ones either. :)

Christmas will be here soon...joy I here you all say...what are you hoping Santa will bring this year..I hope the Chinese Elf's are busy on a nice blue Class 25 or 31... :beers:

Two words, and the second is 'Off', you can guess the first   >:(

And if you think Macsweens haggis is the best Paul, then you need to get out more, there are some fantastic artisan butchers who still hand make haggis and they leave Macsweens for dust.

Discussing the merits of various haggis is like dicussing the pleasures of various forms of root canal surgery  ;)
Anyway, how did we get from Christmas to Burn's night?
