Hi Martin,

I just checked the new update thread, and I can see "add bookmark", "mark unread", and "print", but still no "reply" button".

Another topic this happens on is the E bay madness thread.
Do you mean the "Server upgrade" thread? I'm seeing the usual buttons

Ebay madness thread also ok

Very odd behaviour for some folk, perfectly fine for others?

Could those experiencing these problems specify which browser, operating system (e.g. Win 7) and PC, Mac or handheld device to see if there is any common factor;

I don't have the problems, I'm using Firefox on Windows 7 pro 64 bit on a PC.
Cheers MIKE

The problems are exactly the same on all three.

Could it be a problem with the server thinking the user is not logged on properly since the upgrade?  Or local session cookie problem? I could understand how that might cause the reply button to be disabled.

Could I suggest that if we are running low on funds it might be a good idea to put a message up.
I think that would soon generate some more ncome. You really shouldn't have to use your own money.

I agree 100%. I've just made a donation and was deeply ashamed to see how long it was since the last one.  :-[

Don't, whatever you do, run out of funds or start using your own money. I suspect if you asked for a few extra donations you would get a huge response. We all appreciate the time and effort that keeps this brilliant forum going and if the only way we can support it is by putting in a few extra quid, then many of us will be happy to do so.

Thanks for everything.

Chris
