NGS orders question

Hi i have sent an order to the NGS does anyone know roughly how long it takes for stuff to be sent out i know they are volunteers i am just needing to make sure i leave enough in the bank to cover it.

I sent an order to NGS between Xmas and New Year. My Inspection Coach arrived today  . So that's about a fortnight.

I believe they say allow 28 days for delivery. But any orders i place usually arrive about a fortnight after posting the order.

Just to add they are only allowed to post a limited number of packages a day (30ish I think) from their local post ofice !.

Stil my saloon arrived in Italy on Monday and that was only after 3 weeks xmas included.
