Is it just me? Having problems logging on this afternoon. 03/01/12

Is it me only?
Tried logging on earlier and got site not found.
tried again 3 times and eventually got on.
Is not My Laptop as every thing else on the web is working fine.
Have cleared cache and history but still very slow.

Sometimes seems to hang a while for me,never sure if it's the forum or my software which occasionally drops the internet connection.
