I don't think it was the same without Frankie Boyle, but he decided that having a foul mouth was funnier than actually being very clever

Im off to the Battlefield line preserved railway. The reason why im so happy is because the missus has agreed to come with me! And that is rare for her to indulge my hobby!

Pictures to follow later, hopefully the rain wont spoil it to much...........

Im watching the Golf at the moment drinking a nice cup of tea :NGF:

Very nice John!

Well, I've had a better day than yesterday.  I'm now on Co-codamol, and anti inflammatories for my back, so I can walk around a bit now.  More good news is that I won a Dapol Class 58 in Coal Sector livery for £64 (normally about £90), and three NSE Mk1 coaches for £25 (inc postage) on eBay.  I also bought two gaugemaster decoders at £18.50 each when they're normally about £28 each.

:beers:

I'm very tempted by a Class 86 in RES livery for £65.  But I shouldn't.....   :-\

Good news about the back, better news about all the loot!! Well done

:D  Well, it would look good double heading with my other 86.  I blame Porkie for this.  If I hadn't have seen his two 86's on his layout....   >:(

Nice to see you got medication to help your back pain Chris, wish I could take some of it but it interferes with my other medication, I bet you are happy cause living with pain gets you down.
Keep on Smiling
Dave.
