As a regular viewer of BBC Breakfast and getting up at 07.00 Tuesdays/Thursdays to go to the gym it's no great shakes, Chris

Absolutely, I get up at 10am, have freshly brewed coffee and fruit for breakfast and take my wife to the gym.

I play BBC News on my computer, best comedy show on.

Depends on the quality of the company, Joe.

Occasional a bit naughty = 19:00 ish  ;)

And we usually meet up a lunchtimes, so what does that say about us, Dave?
