Maybe the best way is to get the relevant reference numbers off the Farish site and then e mail your favourite source with your wish list requesting their prices first, then you can decide where to buy.

Ooh ta for that, hope so

Sadly I bet we won't see a NSE one as well since toothpaste livery appears to be persona non grata in N gauge?  ::)

Paul

Not unless you live in Kenley Surrey and run an N Gauge Forum and your name starts in 'T' and ends in 'ank'. :smiley-laughing:

This certain individual even has a Class 60 in NSE :o. NSE livery will certainly live on for ever in this part of the world :smiley-laughing:

I was working in Sheffield today, and on the way home I somehow ended up in Rails of Sheffield!!

It was with great pleasure that I met fellow forum member Ollie by chance!!

Ollie gladly showed me the latest copy of the catalogue and we must have talked about it's contents for nearly 45 mins!!

We agreed that farish had definitely missed the boat on doing some new liveries for their good 47 range especially now the 47's are celebrating 50 years this year.

We both were pleased with the announcements and it was good to see the catalogue in the flesh. This should be available in the next week or so.

Really good to meet you Ollie,

Funnily enough I left the shop with a new class 37 in coal sector and £72 lighter (good salesman is Ollie  :smiley-laughing: :smiley-laughing::smiley-laughing:

Was a pleasure to meet you the other day, always good to put a face to the name.

All being well i'll be seeing you on your next visit to Rails.

Contacted Hattons early this am about Bulleid coaches, none on order and will have to wait until they have ordered before any pre-order is possible. Hope it's soon!
S&D lives on - sort of!

OwL

I'm really on count down for the class 37 (97) in NR livery.
Anyone with access tona catalogue know when this is released?

Anything that is imminent or scheduled for production over the next 6 months or so has an estimated date on the Farish website.

hi all

i picked up a copy of the new catalogue today
looks like there's lots to look forward too

but a couple of things i have noticed after a quick run through are some of the pictures  ???

no 1  in the picture of the 5MT "camelot" the motion appears damaged to me  :o

no 2  in the picture of the "bitumen" 14T tank the vent is damaged  :o

hope this is only an issue with the catalogue and not a sign of things to come  :-\

anyway im off to have another look through and work out how many years of overtime i'm gonna have to do  :smiley-laughing:

dave

I can only think someone had dropped the catalogue before you picked it up, Dave ::) ;D

OwL

I got my copy today. I'm fairly happy as most of the stuff I want is not released soon which gives me time to save.... :-\

I am trying to tell myself I do not want or need a Blue Pullman and realising that only the second of those statements is true. :-\

Seconded... but they look so nice....

bound to be someone caught comming out of model shop fawing over one or ripping a parcel out the postman's hands, thus making Gollum(smeagol) look positively sane.

Donkey

This was a favourite of mine on my old hornby 00 when a yoof. Will have to work hard on SWMBO though for the funds as I have spent a fortune over last few months  ::)
