Today i recieved a new power supply from Virgin Media which was a prelacement for a recall they're having.
This highlighted the fact i'm using old equipment from them namely a modem & wireless router ... following a call to my local PC company.
They told me Virgin started to supply the superhubs which have a modem built in & are better but didnt offer them as an upgrade so one telephone call later & it's on it's was on Friday to me also i was told my broadband speed would go from 20 Mb to 60 Mb both a free upgrade quiete rightfully as well considering what they charge me every month makes me wonder how much it is for 100Mb speed :-\
Thought i'd share this with you all as it's a free upgrade as i say i have an XL package from them so check it's free before asking them to go ahead with it when you ring.
