Giants in Liverpool...

Dock Shunter

Spent the day in Liverpool watching the giants walking around the city center.
Absolutely superb,if a little surreal,experience.
If you can make it to Liverpool then well worth the effort.... :thumbsup:

This year it's to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the start of The Great War, and particularly the Liverpool Pals (Liverpudlians who enlisted en masse - sometimes many from the same family/streets).
The Giants actually 'talk' this time around and narrate tales based on letters from the front by the Liverpool Pals, I believe.
