Atlas Editions?

While doing some window shopping on eBay I came across some static British outline N scale models made by Atlas Editions. Am I right in assuming that they are 1:160 scale and similar to the models made by Del Prado?

Are they of better quality than the Del Prado models and do they come with magazines?

There seem to be so many partwork magazines it's hard to keep up with them.

Atlas have produced many partworks over the years, the model ones generally have used tools 'borrowed' from other ranges...

The A4 in the ebay link is definitely 00 gauge, and the 4mm experts say is a copy of the Hornby model of the generation before the current production version...
